When Artists Unite: For Vusi Beauchamp

Vusi Beauchamp, one of South Africa’s most critically acclaimed artists, is suffering severe heart failure at the age of 44. To save his life, Vusi needs urgent heart surgery, which will be conducted by a Cardiology Team at the Steve Biko Research Hospital in Tshwane. Aspire Art will host an exhibition and Timed-Online in conjunction with Kalashnikovv Gallery and David Krut Projects to raise funds towards Vusi’s fundraising goal of R500 000. The works donated for this auction, by a wide variety of artists, is a revelation in the power of solidarity within the arts community.
